I love this face! "Silly Bird" is an ostrich which tried to follow us through a gate at Wildlife World Zoo in west Phoenix. I painted this one on a very small (6x4x 1 1/2") gessoed panel because I really didn't know how it would turn out, but in the end I find that I like it quite a lot and hope you like it too. I can't help liking the bird.
