One Fish, Two Fish

The Japanese Friendship Garden is an oasis of beauty and quietness in central Phoenix.  Koi of all colors swim in the lagoon and gather in pools beneath the bridges as visitors cross, perhaps hoping to be fed.  I painted two images of these fish.  This small oil was the first and was followed by a larger watercolor with more fish visible.
